Taco Cabana on Westiemer blocked in I just got a call after I left that the police blocked everyone in and had helicopters overhead. I'm glad I left and didn't get caught up in that ****.....

im moving my car closer, i hear a cop on his loud speaker and think nothing of it, then I hear put your hands out the window (getting intresting) then he said drop the weapon (is this really happening right in front of me) then the cop is walking towards the car gun drawn (this **** is legit) then he shoots him (did that just happen) crazy night, im just waiting for the media to say something linking it to street racing.

Damn that sounds nuts, but out of curiosity, why did the cop shoot the guy? Was he going for something or just needed to get shot out of spite? I'm not saying he didn't need it, just wondering.
