Nice, running right with the Accufab car, that has a production 96 Ford 32 valve running 205MPH in the 6s

Thats hauling *** no doubt and bad *** for an ls1. But what i think is more impressive is the outlaw 10.5 cars. Look at Petty/Lynch and ToDD Moyer, they have both been bottom 6.90's 200 + "moyer 209" and thats at 3000 pds, and with a 33 10.5 W not a 33 X17...I just think that its more impressive watching a more street car go damn near the same numbers in a much harder condition..

Rob, what type of engine setup is in Moyer's? Remember this 6-sec LS1 is just a 352ci iron block with off the shelf AFR LS1 heads.

399 Cubic Inch SBC with Splayed-Valve heads and a sheet-metal manifold.

What Rob was trying to say that the back-half style cars with stock front framerails and strut mounting locations on a 33x10.5W and 2,600 HP is more exciting than a Pro-Modified car with a 33x17 when they both run the same ET's and MPH's.

Your comparing a stock suspended F-body to a tube chasis car? Rightttt, not quite the same ball park big guy. If we want to talk about all out chasis cars, LT1 hit 8s years before LS1s did, just not in a stock suspended F-body. Run 6s in a stock suspended car, then compare, and when you do that I'll buy you guys a box of cookies.

Hey Neil, nobody has run 6s or 7s with an LT1 in a tube chassis car yet.
