1: I am only doing what I was told by the driver (good friend of mine) for ins. and police reasons for everyone to pretty much stay the **** out of it. How hard is that?

I have delt with insurance co for a long time and I am afraid to tell you that they don't surf the forums to find out if the insured it lying or not about what happened.
