I live in DFW so I cant speak much of Houston, but I know that Chuck@HPE got an extra ~20rwhp and ~20rwtq out of my old z28 with a hotcam, and he made it 10x more daily driveable, so Id say he knows what he was doing (the previous tuner was supposedly the 'man' in DFW) PSHHH but we dont even need to go into all that
