Kooks are better fitment, quality and more power from what I understand. ( customer service sucks) You are talking around $1200-$1400 for headers and y-pipe. That will do you NO GOOD if you cant afford it. If you can, then go for it. I am choosing coated Pacesetters and catted y from TSP for $700. Just my opinion.
Got a set of Kooks from Speed Inc. and one was defective. Called Speed Inc. and they talked to Kooks for me. Had a replacement sent in a couple days. Customer service at it's best from both parties. They fit nicely. The driver side took a little work to get in though. No clearance issues what so ever. Worth the money if you afford them.
