I would have called the cops. Regardless if he did damage or not running would be enough to **** me off.

Hey thanks mister ricer-dude rookie of the year. Mister "I was on TV once" LOL.

What the hell are you doing on an LS1 site. By the way, I only had 2 beers, but the point of this post being is that since cops are such ******, he probably could have busted me for DUI just from the smell on my breath. Read the law. It CAN happen.

If your going to attack me like that, why don't you bring your little piece of **** ricer to the track. I'll give you an 1/8" mile head start. LOL!!! I'll even unplug 2 of my cylinders.

Go hang out on the ricer site. This site is for REAL cars.

I would have cut him no slack and called his in right there infront of him.

Everyone has a pitty story, you dont even know if his was true.

Its sad to think that we pay these crooked officers to uphold the peace.

Anyone actually CONFIRM this guy was a POLICE OFFICER ???

I see a bunch of ya'll jumpin in like gang buster but....there is something major missing from this little 'story'.

If this was a real officer, I am sure someone might have mentioned from WHERE.

Then, there is mention of him being a rent-a-cop ?? Getting strange....Again, so many of you are so quick to bash the police here...yet everyone of you I've met have been really decent....always saying, Oh, I understand your job...blah, blah, blah,...*** kiss, *** kiss, *** kiss. I'll tell ya what....The people I know here from this site that I respect the most....are the ones that don't talk or act any different around me or say stupid **** around me either. We are here to trade info, advice, buy, sell, swap stories on our rides....not discuss the problems with ***** headed people we deal with....

If this was a POLICE OFFICER, and he drove away from an accident, had no insurance, etc, etc...You SHOULD have called the police...dumb bastard deserves to be cited, car towed, and disciplinary action and or termination.

On the other hand, if not, and you get on here and start throwing around ****...then a bunch more of you jump in here and start with your typical, "Screw the Police" banter, WTF??

You guys friggin kill me with your internet THUG routines. I love this site, but again...every once in awhile.,...you small bunch of loud mouth bashers really **** me off. How many good officers are there out there that do a decent job everyday? Probably the same amount that work in any other profession and do a good job. How many jerk off's you have work with you??? Well, surprise...we have a few too.

Mods....please lock this crap up and stop the un confirmed crap from circulating around here. Either that, or I can start telling you about the cable repair guy that is an ******* and I caught ....the guy that works down at Best Buy that tells me how he just really screwed....etc, etc, etc,......

Good think you took his number. I let some bimbo slid when she bumped into me because there was only a smudge I figured I could buff out. Within a week the clear coat cracked. I had to end up having the entire rear bumper repainted.

Lets not jump on the band wagon here about bashing cops. More so since you don't even know for sure if he was one. You should have called him in.

Peace,
Craig.

Then the guy kept calling him a sorry *** rent-a-cop. I could tell that was pissing off the cop at times, but he had no say or else he'd go to jail.

So guys...how often have you been in hot pursuit of a cop? You gotta love f-bodies...there's no way that queer bait could outrun an ls1

Absolutely!! If this guy...and I say IF....was actually a police officer, he...more than likely....is one of the ones that give us all a bad name. There is just no friggin excuse for what he did.

Call the PD, give them the info. and then follow it up to make sure it's dealt with.

I would have called the cops in that hit-and-run situation no matter where the guy worked. The fact that he's (probably) a cop only makes it worse, but doesnt change the fact that he hit your car then fled the scene and that merrits calling the police.
