Car Key in Houston Where is the cheapest place to get a key made in Houston,
I called one dealership and they said it would be $68 plus tax to get an ignition key made for my car.
Does anyone have a hookup or something cheaper,
In Austin Henna Chevrolet hooks up F-body club members with discounts on things like this. Any help here would be great,
Last time it only cost me about $20, but I was working at a dealership then.
I no longer work at a dealership, and I am new to Houston so I don't know anyone.
I live and work in the Galleria.

It should not cost that much! About 2 months ago I had keys made for my T/A at Monument Chevy (225 & Beltway 8) for about $30-$35.
Just call a few dealerships up.

I can get you the key blank, but you'd have to find somewhere to get it cut. I don't think many hardware stores that have a key cutter would have a problem doing it for you.
