When Gracie fought in the UFC 12 years ago no one knew BJJ. Remember Hughes is a Submission specialist also. And Gracie is not allowed to use a GI, Hughes will know how to counter anything Gracie throws at him, not to mention he out powers him by a long shot. This fight is gonna be a joke, I see the Gracie family throwing in the towel

I agree. Its a new era, the fighters are better conditioned and the top guys like Hughes know all Gracies moves and more now. By the time Gracie left the scene he was starting to take some beatings to get those submisions. I dont think this will go well for Gracie......

IMO Dana signed this fight as a passing of the torch and to show how much the sport has evolved over the last 10 years.

What does how many fights you have over 10 years mean? Doesn't mean Gracie nor Hughes has stopped training/working MMA/BJJ at all. You could argue that Gracie is more rested and body is healthy because he hasn't been fighting as much. That doesn't really matter with these two at all.

Swick VS Riggs will be the best fight of the night.

I'm actually looking forward to seeing Gumby (Horn) tap Chael too. I like watching Jeremy fight.
