It is a good deal, but he could easily return it for a full refund.... unless he threw out the receipt.

If it's opened I don't think you can return it. Bump for a good deal.

Yup, they said only way to get a refund is if it's unopen. They said they would give me store credit, but I need the cash. TTT...

What kind of establishment sells you something and it cannot be returned within 30 days if it has been opened? did you buy ur 360 from a pawnshop???? We get them returned all day even w/o box @ Bestbuy.

It has the store policy on the Bestbuy website which says you can only return for the identical item. Back in the days when I used to work at Toys R Us we had the same policy. If you wanted to exchange they would give you the same item and even open it while you were there to make sure you didn't go off to one of the other stores to try and return it.

the way i see it is who cares why this guy doesnt want to return it to the store, or why hes willing to take a loss. someone whos interested in a 360 will be getting a really good deal. why complain? everyones complaing about a good deal. imagine if this guy was asking for $385-400 or so...then everyone would be bitching cause hes asking for so much. just my .02
