EVERYTHING listed above (minus the 9" ford which only has about 5K miles on it) is basically new. NO DYNO/TUNING TIME YET. The car has only made one 1/8 mile pass on motor alone. NO nitrous has been used. With the nitrous converter in it and the PCM tuned for a heads/cam car, it ran a 6.59 on it's first and only shakedown run. The car has easy 6.20's to 6.30's on motor alone the way it sits. With the nitrous jetted for 300hp, we are anticipating an easy 5.50 - 5.60 1/8 mile E.T. based on other similar set-ups we have done. This would be equivalent to a 8.6 to 8.8 second quarter mile pass. Maybe even Squeak out an 8.50 by jetting up to 400hp as the engine and drivetrain have been built for.
The car needs to be finished. We started taking some weight out of it and removed the front windsheild and side glass and have the Jerry Bickel/Speedglass kit that needs to be installed. We also have a pin-on VFN Sunoco 5" hood that needs to be installed. Also needs a converter and thats about it.
$17,500.

Ya well it sat in my garage for a long time also when it was down, that car had some great memories for me. One day I will buy another SS, and just play with it a little, not to radical. Been thinking about getting rid of the caddy, and keeping my 06 R6, and waiting a little while and buying me another SS. I am also in the process of buying a home and hopefully will have it all complete within the next 3 months max. Just not sure on the area on were I want to buy, I been looking a lot in the atascocita area my sister lives out there and I like the area and they have some nice neighborhoods and great deals on new homes, if not it will be between 290-45. Either way good luck with the sale on the car.
