Default DFW: Anyone interested in entry level pm asst. position?

I have been put in charge of getting someone decent in our office to fill a project manager's assistant position. I work for a commercial HVAC company and the guy they hired is lazy and isn't working out...

The job is really not hard at all. It consists of ordering things for jobs when the pm tells you he needs something, getting job submittals together for me (nothing to that but making phone calls really), giving suppliers and the jobsite guys p.o. numbers when they need them, and coordinating with me on the shipping and receiving... and you'd have a few other small responsibilities.

We need someone who is personable, has decent computer skills, and is willing to do whatever needs to be done. Our office is small so every person in here is really important, and sometimes we all do things that have nothing to do with our usual responsibilities. This is a very laid back environment, you can wear whatever you want pretty much (I wear jeans and flip flops all the time), and everyone here laughs all the time.
The pay is between $10-$12/hr, and if you do what you're supposed to do, plus anything that is needed, advancement opportunities are endless. My boss is not afraid to pay you what you deserve, and our company is continously growing.

If you're interested, pm me or e-mail me a resume at mburchett@insultechtx.com

Edit: Office is located in Arlington at 360 & 30.

We just have medical benefits right now. Other benefits will probably come as the company grows. Hours are either from 8-5 or 7:30-4:30 Monday- Friday. Not sure which one yet.
