Well its almost been a month since I sent my disputal letter via Certified Mail. Still haven't heard back from them. They better hurry tho, once I graduate I'm outa here in Dec

So if i was you i would dispute it like you are and see how much you cant get it lowered and get it paid for as much BS as it is.

dont ever move into an equity real estate owned place there either. they do the same ****. well everyone does it actually. although their duplexes are cheaper than living in an apartment, with more room too.
