Everytime you replace pads you either buy new ones depending on the runout, OR you resurface them. I took my ASE test couple years ago on Brakes but i cant remember what its called exactly. Thats why you ran over the tree at the track your brakes were bad.

I suggest you buy GOOD pads OE are very good, WAGNER THURMOQUITE, exc,. as you now have a problem eather machine or replace,BUT BREAKIN IS IMPORTANT, WHEN REPLACING or machining rotors or only replacing pads ( either all of the above or any part )

Do not get them hot before breahingin,do 10 slow stops from about 20 mph rolling between stop to allow cooling, then do 10 slow stops from 40-45 mph rolling between stops for cooling
THIS is the correct way to seat pad/rotors

just my .02' Johnny

Pull the pads off and put a 45 degree bevel on both ends of the pads. That will cut down on the noise. Having the bevel helps keep the edge of the pad dragging on the rotor. Most high end pads have this already done.

Thermoquiets are already done like this. The shims are probably missing or he didnt seat the pads (break them in) on the freshly machined rotors. Hes not very bright.
