Getting pulled over on a Sportbike....
Ok, so I was coming down 820 last night around 8:45 PM. I am in a group of cars going the speed of the flow of traffic. The cop picked me off out of the group. I could barely tell that he was pulling me over. I finally got to the side of the road and took off my helmet as he was asking "Do you know why I pulled you over?". I looked him in the face....Then said "Because I let you". It turns out it is my neighbor on a ride along after police academy. The cop he was riding with heard me say that and started laughing so hard he about threw up! It was actually a test. The cop had told Josh (neighboor) that most sportbikes run when they think that they are being pulled over. My comment just reinforced what he was trying to teach him.
I thought that it was a funny story, only for the rare case that I got pulled over and was not handed a ticket.

PEEL your a good man for pulling over.....down here, if they run we can radio up ahead on a felony evasion charge....when they get pulled over, we take the bike for good and take them downtown.....a while back one guy before i got on, actually knew this biker who kept coming through his zone and would always fly by him at like 160.....because he could and he was a dick.....so the officer simply pulled out in front of him one day

I always pull over, I think most cops dont expect it. Only squids run, plus they make it harder for us level headed riders by giving us a bad rep, just like those morons who like to stunt on public highways.
