Astros possibilities...
As for pitching, I'd love to see Pettitte come back for another season and Clemens is supposed to make a decision towards the end of this month or next month as to whether he's returning or not.

As far as Adam Dunn goes... his power behind Berkman would be nice, but do we really need another .250 hitter?

I don't think the Astros will sign Lee and Dunn, and personally I'd much rather have Lee. If you have Carlos Lee in the lineup... Jason Lane is in Round Rock and Lee and Scott are in the corners.

Scott may not have the same power numbers Dunn has, but he showed that he can get on base and hit for average, and thats what we need.
I also think they need to resign Huff, I thought last year was his contract year. He's got power and he's a second half hitter.
CF Taveras

As for Pettitte he's told everyone he's going to need a couple months on his decision. He may be waiting to see what sorts of moves the Astros will make to the effect of offense and make his decision based on how competetive he thinks the Astros will be. Clemens will, if he returns, most likely only pitch half a year like he did this year; hopefully cruising into a better record than this past year. Clemens was the best pitcher in baseball as far an an ERA was concerned only he didn't pitch enough games to be in contention with the top dogs. Yes Dunn is batting below .250 but his hr's the past 3 years have spoken for themselves. He's from around here and would love to play for the Astros organization. In those situations where we have 1 or 2 on with 2 outs and the game is wearing on, would you rather have a par .250 hitter that can't hit hr's or a par .250 hitter that can? I believe his addition would be much wanted.
Yessir. I went to Cy-Creek.
Yea Dunn has already mentioned he's really wanting to come to Houston. I think he'd be a great addition.
