Default 5 Star Restaurants in Dallas?

Hey guys, I'll be coming back to the US for a while and want to wine & dine one of my lady friends the right way. Does anyone have any recomendations for a NICE restaurant? I'm talking, dress up, tie required, limo to the door type place. Would like to follow that with an upscale club. Let me know what's out there. Thanks!!!

Newport's Seafood and Steaks is good, but not quite 5 star.
Bob's Steak and Chops.

Check out www.guidelive.com for ideas.
