800+rwhp, 900+rwtq, on a 408(is that around 6.0L?) V8 with boost. I've watched Supra gas needles drop when we're "cruising" around 16psi on stock fuel and displacement. Gas gets reeeeaaaaaaalllllllllyyyyy expensive with mpg that low and 93oct over $3/gal. And I'm sure you know what anything over 500whp does on a slick(wet) road.

And tire wear must suck. Having AWD and 17psi boost with econobox weighing ~3200lbs can get bad enough.

But hell, if tuned perfectly, I'm sure he can still get stockish mpg off full boost. That's just my thoughts though. If you have any insight, please share.

gas and tires are the two last things I worry about on a car like ours

If you can't afford the gas you couldn't afford the car anyway.

I get better mileage then a new tahoe... so Im friendly to the environment

just depends if you stay out of boost... i'm sure with a 6sp they still keep relatively good gas mileage
