Just keep in mind with the HOA fees they normally cover most of your insurance on the dwelling. Which could make your total payment less. You have to consider the following: principle & interest amount, prorated tax amount, prorated insurance all these will equal your monthly note.

Wow what a beautiful place! I have been casually looking for a place closer to work so this should work out great as I work in the Westchase district.

And better, I work for a management company that specializes in townhomes, condos, and single-family's.. Please email me a HOA responsibilites sheet and the amount of the maintenance fee. thanks
