What's The Best Music Download Website Or Program

As stated, what do you think is the best for downloading free music. I'm looking for music without viruses and all the other BS so just let me know. I used to have Limewire but it gave me alot of problems and I just bought a very expensive computer that I need to download some music.

azureus, winmx, sharaza.

Are those virus free? I too was recently wondering the same.

I know you can get a virus from exe. ini. and vbs files but never heard of getting one from mp3 or wav files. Has this just gotten out?

if you don't want to mess up your comp... don't download shit... and only go to sites you trust... simple as that... now a days any site that has illegal stuff has some form of ad or spy ware installers etc etc... If I were going to download stuff I would look into torrents, a good program is utorrent and a good search engine is isohunt.com...

I use soulseek (www.slsknet.org) or one or two private torrents and the rare public torrent (like piratebay) ... Soulseek is pretty much my mainstay for downloading music though, fast, simple and rare stuff most places don't have... it spawned from the old audiogalaxy from about 10 years ago now

I use itunes, you can't get virus's when you purchase the music

ruckus.com, you can download their player then u search for music on their site, u pull up the cds u want and can get the whole cd or just certain songs off of it, the only catch is you have to have a college email address, if you do its perfectly legal and virus free, it downloads them in wma format instead of mp3
