hey TXZ28LS1, they were still playoff contenders under Parcells, now there just really good and are dominating NFC cause Romo is getting the system!
If ya'll know anything about football, Parcells is a hell of a better coach than phillips..Parcells retired, thank you Romo..
i wanted Drew Henson to start back in the day over Romo, lol!!! Romo is a good Qb, tho!

Phillips isn't the one to thank for the Cowboys success, nor is Parcells. Yes, Parcells put the team together and built it, however, to find the true gem in the staff you need to look no further than the offensive coordinator. We'll be lucky to hold onto him after this year.

True, I liked the Defensive under parcell (4-3), I felt they were more physical. I miss watching Dat Nyguen play. He always played 110% (not T.O) and didnt go into the probowl.

HELL YEAH DUDE! Dat was and is my favorite defensive player on the cowboys.. honestly, bradie james / akin are good, but not up to the level that dat was at!!
parcells is gonna go down as one of the great coaches for sure. but i think he was just too damn conservative on offense. yes he put that team together but wade is just taking that team to another level!! parcells must feel like **** for only being able to be 10-6 at best, while wade philips is 12-1...
..didnt think romo would be this good though, and hes only getting better.

Phillips isn't the one to thank for the Cowboys success, nor is Parcells. Yes, Parcells put the team together and built it, however, to find the true gem in the staff you need to look no further than the offensive coordinator. We'll be lucky to hold onto him after this year.

IMO they were just showing that just bc a team is undefeated/kicking *** doesnt mean they cant lose. Dallas proved it could be done last yr. The patriots arent unbeatable.

That, and the team chemistry just seems better under Phillips.
