Question What Headers?

Ok. thinking about buying some headers lt's and I was wondering if anybody in the DFW area is selling a pair?... want to buy them within the next two weeks ... If non are on the market I think I will go with the Texas Speeed pacesetter and TSP Y combo... and finally was wondering if I would need anything with the TSP combo like hardware?...thanks

how long did you have them on there, because i bet that they arent looking too good by now with all the rust holes in them

I ran a set of uncoated headers on my 70 SS for 11 years and they were a few years old when I bought the car. They don't rust out that quick.

I've also seen coated headers look as bad as uncoated from midway down. Sure, the upper primaries still look nice, but the bottom is where the moisture hits.

If you're worried about rust get stainless. The coating is a thermal barrier not a rust preventative.

Jebuz, Pacesetters are pretty common and seem to fit well. The TSP Y I've read people complain about it being a bit low though.
