FS: 1998 Pontiac Trans Am
I'm posting/selling this car for a buddy of mine. I will add pics as soon as I can.
1998 Pontiac Trans Am
Sebring Silver
Automatic (A4, 4 speed, 4L60E)
T-Tops
Leather
112,000 miles
2nd Owner
Garage kept
Well maintained with regular oil changes (Castrol 20W40 synthetic)
Freshly charged a/c with all new components
Tinted windows
K&N air filter
Ported & polished throttle body
MSD plug wires w/NGK TR-55 spark plugs (NEW)
Pacesetter long tube headers & y-pipe
Borla cat-back exhaust system
Thunder Racing T-Rak camshaft (231/235 .640”/.590”)
Patriot Gold dual spring kit
Thunder Racing chromoly pushrods (7.400”)
LS6 timing chain
Thunder Racing LS6 ported oil pump
Fuddle Racing 3600 stall converter
Motive 3.73 gears w/Royal Purple synthetic gear lube (NEW)
G-Force custom dyno tune
17’’ American Racing Torque Thrust rims
Nitto Drag Radials 275/40/17 (roughly 100 miles, 3 passes)
Suncoast Raptor hood, airbox, & heat extractions
Custom white face gauges
(2) 12’’ Q-Power subs w/1000 watt Rockford Fosgate amp & Pioneer front door speakers
The car has been down the 1/4 mile strip 3 times after the above modifications and ran a best of 12.3@110 with 100% humidity and only 355rwhp. I don't remember the DA that day, but it's definitely a 11 second car with the right weather. The only thing wrong with car is the CD player doesn’t work, shows E20 error. The car is located in Alvin, Tx.
Kelly Blue Book value $7,405
NADA average retail value $10,125
$7000+ in modifications
$11,500
Feel free to post or PM me with further questions or concerns.

1.7 60 ft. 12.3 was with shitty weather too. It was the night that there was so much fog, they shut the track down. 355 rwhp is through a full exhaust, no cutout, stock pulley, LS1 intake, old style perimeter heads, etc. Again, cam, converter, gear, and exhaust is all the car has and it runs the numbers. I'm amazed how well the car runs for such few mods.
