You send an email asking a few questions to a sponsor and they only answer one question and end the email with "place your order soon!" So then you email them back about the questions they didn't answer and they don't reply?

I've had good luck with a particular tranny/converter shop that's popular in the area.. They get back with me friggin ASAP. Even on the weekends!

I've only used one sponsor here so far to buy some parts and their customer service was A++++++. I really hate it when you ask something simple and you get a short reply ending with "buy something soon!" What the hell, what happened to customer service?

I agree 100%. I personally don't bother giving a shop my biz when they don't even acknowledge the fact that the customer is the reason they're in biz in the first place

Yea he does always reply. I have been bugging im sure about my car and he has always awnsered any questions I had. Great customer service
