Where can I send rims to widen them??

Currently trying to sell two of my 9.5 rims but if they don't sell who do ya recommend for what the title states.. What's the cost to do this?? Is it safe?

For Wheels America? It's in the website I posted. Click on Locations then click the star near SA (it's actually in Schertz.)
