If you have the .htm file, there are a lot of different web page editors/builders that should be able to open the file. You can also open it using Microsoft Notepad (yes, that small program that comes with Windows) and edit it if you know your html. Once opened, you will be able to edit the content on the webpage.

You need the username and password information to access your hosting account. Using that info, you can upload the webpage via a FTP program (FTP programs are free to download on the web) and overwrite the original webpage file.

If it's something as simple as editing the cell and e-mail info, I may be able to help you. Send the .htm file over and I can edit it.

frontpage has no ties with your hosting provider. you might be able to do a quick upload or edit. but just because you buy frontpage, doesnt mean now you have control. all it does is make it easier and provide a user interface when you uploading, ect.

you need the administration information for your site.

who registered/paid/set it up? if it wasnt you, thats going to be tricky if not impossible to get ahold of if you cant find the guy that did that.

...
ok, searching more, your site appears to have been registered by godaddy.com but i cant really find where its hosted at for some reason right this second.

this is what you need to do everything your talking about:

-ip address or host name
-username
-password

login via a FTP program, find your index.html, download it to your desktop, open it in wordpad, edit, resave it as same name/filetype (overwrite), and reupload it and overwrite it to the server.

if you cant do that, shoot me a PM and i can do it for you tommorrow.
