Default who made the flycutting valves?

I know there was someone on here making flycutting tools out of standard valves. Very reasonably priced also. Were pretty much just a valve with 4 pieces of tool steel or carbide welded to it. If anyone has or knows the guy, please post up! Lindy tools and whatnot are out of the question as far as purchase. too much for a one time use deal.

ISKY also makes a cutter that looks like a valve that can be used to enlarge the eyebrows.

My dad made one with sand paper. He JB welded a piece od sand paper to the bottom of the valve. It worked well, but it took a lil while.
