Do any lightweight, in-car jacks exist?

My car is a weekend driver/track day car. I'd like to be able to change/repair a flat tire, but I'd also like to save some weight. Are there any lightweight jacks out there that can easily fit in the trunk/hatch area?

For the hot rod, I like this one.

That wont work on a Camaro. Max height is about 6 inches. Thats a joke, almost completely unusable.

i saw one on TV that was like a ballon you put under a low car and use a onboard 12v compressor to air the ballon up to lift the car...looked pretty cool

Yeah but its not feasible for an f-body which is what the OP is asking about.

You could make it work with like a 4"x4" or whatever else you could find at the time, not ideal, but it could be made to work for a quick tire change.
