i have an lt1 long block that i want to make a table out of, the thing is though, a few of the head bolts are stripped out badly.
ive decided i might just try and cut each head in half to only salvage the block.
what is the best piece of equiptment for the job?
maybe a sawzall?
or maybe someone has some other ideas?

drill off the top of all the head bolts with some good drill bits.

screw the sawzall just use a gaswrench. itll be MUCH faster

use an oxy-act torch and take off the bolt heads, pull the heads and sell them

i will try this first, as i have a drill and many bits at my disposal. and if that fails looks like ill be looking around to borrow a gas wrench

How bad are they stripped? Sometimes those aligator sockets work pretty good to remove stripped bolts.

Use a Metabo with the extra thin blade.

I'd go the torch route, or use an angle-grinder with a cut-off wheel.
