Places like Auto-Zone and Oreillys sell them, usually have to order it in though..
When backed up against a wall and I need to get the engine back together right away..
I've used a strip of wet dry 400/800 grit machinists sand paper, about 10 inches long and 2 inches wide folded in half the long way, then take a piece of wood dowel split the end and slide the strip in centered put a hose clamp on each side of the strip make the dowel hold the sand paper, chuck the piece of dowel up in a cordless drill.. wipe the bore with machine oil and I it does a nice job of taking the glaze off the cylinder.. Periodically swap the direction of the cordless to extend the life of the paper.. the paper just ends up in a two arm spiral in the bore..
