Default Which dremel bit?

Which dremel bit would I use to make this cut on the auto shifter to lengthen the key way to complete the short shifter mod without damaging the inner plastic inside of the shaft?

Would a Cylindrical Tungsten Carbide Bit 1/8" do the trick?

I used a SA43D Cylindrical End double cut carbide bit that is a 1/8" shank and 1/8" head.
