Default Torque Wrench Manufacturers

Hi all, who makes an accurate and precise torque wrench that won't break the bank? I know Proto, Snapon, CDI, and the rest of the well known USA-made brands are probably all great but they typically run $200plus.

Any good sub $100 brands?

What about getting something like a used Proto and sending it off for calibration?

OTC has decent torque instruments
I use an adjustable one for suspension components and a fixed 100 ft.lbs for wheels
Snap on or Matco truck let me check the them on their trucks for accuracy once a month for free
I also have a Snap on digital that I use for engine work but it doesn't fit the requirements for this thread

I'm giving the EPAuto 1/2-inch Drive Click Torque Wrench a try. It's made in Taiwan, like Tekton which is an okay offshore brand, and it looks identical to the Tekton 1/2-inch. For $25, I figure it's worth a shot. Might even be made in the same factory as Tekton.

I have the Snap On house brand CDI and it is a nice quality that I was able to get at a very reasonable price. And I think was made in the USA a few years back.
