Default Looking for a 180 male to male 6an

Fellas. I need to make a reliable, compact loop in my power steering line. I deleted the cooler and looping a piece of hose has proved to not be a good idea. It leaks. Plus where it’s at, it’s too tight of a loop for rubber hose. So I’m looking for a 180 degree 3/8 to 3/8 barb (6an to 6an) that I could use to loop it. I’ve had no luck. I’m looking for something like this with males on each side

It would be expensive and you'd need a TIG machine but you could use two of those push-loc fittings, just cut and weld.

That was another thought I had. But I tried to weld a pinhole in a radiator the other day. Let's just say it didn't go over well. My machine evidently doesn't go down low enough not to annihilate the aluminum.

Another option might be to custom make the piece out of tubing. A good bender can make the 180 then flare the ends with the fittings of your choice. If you have a hydraulic hose shop nearby they can probably get you hooked up.

I was thnking about using something kinda thick wall but still bendable and machine barbs on each end of a short piece of tubing, then bend it.....but thats basically the same as what i ordered lol

Get the steel bend and weld two steel AN6 fittings onto it.

Or if you insert a spring inside the rubber hose, that will prevent it collapsing for tighter turns.

Why not 2 90* fittings with a union between them?

Because thats more connections that could leak leak added to the mix. Plus I got it already. Someone posted a simple barbed U fitting so I bought that. I believe in keeping it simple.
