Default Spring Compressors

Ok im looking at doing some springs on my car, so i am thinking of getting me the spring compressors so i can do it myself. My question is who makes them, where can i buy them, how much are they? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

orielys auto parts or a local parts store has one that you can change out springs while the head is still on the car but can only do one at a time with the one i got it was regular $20 but i got the hook up for $8 pretty neat tool. just go into the special tool aisle and you will see it. good luck if anybody has a better idea chime in

Oh, i am sorry, i should have specified what kind of springs. I meant lowering springs for my suspension. Again sorry for not clarifying that.

I second the autozone rental. Take them back whenever you want. They give you all your money back.

Ok, cool. I checked sears and finally found a set. I will probably just get them from there. Gotta check into this borrow or loan thing though from autozone.
