Need help ok i bought a LQ4 6.0 a while back, but am running a 60e trans. the prob is im trying to run an 80e harness to the 60e trans and its not acting right. anyone ever tried this before?

The wiring is different between the 60 and 80. There are people who have made it work, do a search in the conversions and hybrids forum, there is a thread over there that says what wires need to be re-arranged on the transmission connector.
