What did you pay for it?
Just plug it in and toggle through the menus it's pretty straightforward.

Very easy to use! It's all menu driven. As long as you can keep getting support, it's the best scan tool available!
If you have any trouble adjusting screen brightness, or any of those kinds of features, let me know.

Re: Tech 2 question
Wow... you gotta be a pretty hardcore guy.
For what its worth to you, Google has a service called Google answers, where you put some money out on the table, and real humans do research for you, and depending on how much you pay them, they can get you anything you want. Since you will most likely be dropping at least 3 grand into that thing, you might want to look into it. Might be the best 50 bucks youll spend on it.
