Announcement: We are switching message board software Just wanted our members to know that we are switching software for the message board. We have found a few shortcomings with the current software which is called UBB.Threads by Infopop.
We are going to switch to VBulletin very soon.
We have the new board up and it's getting some special programming to make it faster and work better.
The new board will go up soon, and the disruption should be minimal. We will have it all done and working for at least a day or two.
I know sometimes the board has been laggy and that's a software issue, not a hardware issue, we have never come close to maxing out our current server.
When we will debut the new 'ware?
We'll just surprise y'all.

Hey, will the new "'ware" :p have the "ignore user" feature where you don't see any of their post when they're on the list. Could ya'll check into that please.

Yes, it has an ignore feature... and about a zillion other features!! It's pretty bad ***.. And hey PSJ, I resent that South of I-10 comment... even if I am only about .8 miles south of it !!

Will we have to re-register? No, but you will log in with your displayed name instead of your current login. ie. my "login name" is currently BlackLS1Formula, but I post as Brains -- so once we switch to VBulletin I'll log in as Brains.
