cant post new thread why is this....i can in this forum, but for parts classifieds and texas members, it wont let me....can anyone help

As far as the Parts Classifieds goes, you need to have 50 posts or be a member for 6 months to post a new thread in that section. It says so in the sticky on the top of that section. I don't know about the Texas section, but if your trying to post in that Classified Section I'm sure the same rule applies.
