What's up with the servers?
 

It is 7:43 pm EST. I tried 3 times to get on to the site and it just sat there. This has happened to me 3 different times in the last few days. I know it isn't my internet because I opened other websites to test. Everyone I tested worked fine. I just thought you might want to know.

I was online at the same time, watching server stats... Got some tweaking to do on a few things ;)

Thanks, yes, we do want to know.

Might have been a ton of "search all forum" searches going on.

If it continues after the tweaks we will upgrade the server.

I did some maintenance work on the database last night around midnight.. Just packing the post table, which holds the roughly 1.2 million posts, seems to have helped quite a bit.. Thanks for the updates folks, you're our eyes and ears for a lot of these quirks :thumb:
