Anyone with a Silverado and Pacesetter headers

Anyone with a Silverado and Pacesetter headers Have any of you done your own long tube header install? I'm not having luck so far with my install! After having a bolt break about a 1/4inch inside my head and taking almost 2 day to get out! Now finding it hard to get them in place, they hit the firewall before I can get them in. If you did your own install? Did you get them in from the top or bottom?
