Default Mysql

I keep getting this error when trying to transfer a database from my home server to my 1and1 server...

Code:
 MySQL said: Documentation
#1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'DEFAULT CHARACTER SET latin1 COLLATE latin1_swedish_ci' at line

What does this mean?

Home SERVER:

Server Type WINNT
Web Server Apache v2.0.54
PHP 5.0.4
PHP Max Post Size 8.00 MB
PHP Maximum Upload Size 2.00 MB
MySQL Version 4.1.14-nt-log
MySQL Packet Size 1,023.0 KB

New SERVER:

Server Type Linux
Web Server Apache v1.3.33 (cgi)
PHP 4.4.2
PHP Max Post Size 8.00 MB
PHP Maximum Upload Size 20.00 MB
PHP Memory Limit 40.00 MB
MySQL Version 4.0.25-standard-log
MySQL Packet Size 10.00 MB

Do you know how I can fix this error?

your destination server might not support that character set or collation (sorting) order. If you don't explicitly need that collation order, and/or language set, omit that line and try it again. The server will use the configured default.
