Having Login Problems? Hear are some tips --->
 

Here are list of common login problems, and suggestions on how to log on:

-People log in using their display name, NOT their login name. 90% of the problems are due to this.
-Make sure they use the login name.
-People must a valid/working email address. I have gotten some emails back that have been bounced because of things not working.
-Passwords are case sensitive.
-When someone requests a forgotten passwords, they are suppose to enter in their username or email address associated with the account.
-Temporary password, Exactly what it says - Temporary. This will work until the person logs on with their original name and password.
-Once someone logs in with the temporary password, have them go to My Home, edit personal information and change their password.
-Have them clear Temporary Internet Files in IE, Click on Tools, Internet options, Delete Files button. Close IE and reopen it.
-If people send you an email with problems, tell them to include the original email in the response along with the exact error message that they are getting. If i get an email saying that someones account does not work, what is their password, what password did they use. So if they include the email that they got about that would be great.
-Make sure that your email accepts our automated mail and that it does not reject it as junk mail.
-Make sure you are set up to receive all cookies.
