Deleting a post or a thread

Why is it when I tried to delete a post and a thread I started it did not delete? :bang:

Re: Deleting a post or a thread!!!!

It's a quirk with the new software. I don't know if there's a hack to make it so a post/thread can be totally deleted or not. I'll mention it to Tony. :)

The confused graemlin got confused and hasn't found his way here yet. :p ;)

PS - I like your avatar but, mine is a little better. :p ;)

Have we worked out how to delete a topic that we posted yet?

Such as this: https://ls1tech.com/threads/showflat...rue#Post513797

Re: Deleting a post or a thread!!!!

Krush - email the moderator of that forum(BIG MIKE) and ask them to delete the post. Only a moderator of that forum or an Admin can totally delete that post. I'd do it but, it's not in any of the truck sections. :p

Not even the moderators can totally delete a post within a thread though. Hopefully that will change. :bang:

If you want the purging TNT avatar just right click and save it. Then just host it with www.imagestation.com and put the link in your avatar field. :)

Re: Deleting a post or a thread!!!!

Thanx Johno! ;)

Back in the old days when I would start a thread for a day event, I would go back and delete it after the event was over, and because I was the first post everything would be gone, but I guess now it can just sit there forever!

Thanx for the avatar info pal!

I do like the Graemlin panel thingy! :p
