Default Do "directors or moderaters" have different rules?

I was changing my avatar today and noticed that some directors and mods have avatars larger than 100x100. So, do they get a different set of rules than the rest of us?

usually the "directors" dont just lock a topic, they are the ones who say "cut" then lock em.

We get larger avatar space if we pay for it out of our moderator paycheck, it gets deducted per pixel.

LMAO!! You obviously haven't been on this board very long. Mods are like RA's in college dormatorys. You look at them that way and then you can understand them.

Was that directed at me?

I am however amused by the responses. I just noticed the avatars.
For the amount of time MOST of them put in on here seems like a simple perk.

I've had the same avatar since I started and I'm the first one to have it. I actually made it, buy inverting an existing avatar at the time and making the background transparent.

Yes it was. I was trying to explain it to you so you could understand. Mods live by a different set of rules. Like the RA in the dorm who got a whole room to himself while the others had to stuff 4 or 6 people into the same space.

Not a huge perk but something to think they're better.

Posts notwithstanding I've been here as long as you. But thanks anyway.
I lurk in dark shadows and soak up as much info as possible.

And actually I've never lived in a dorm. Hearing my classmates talking about the fire alarms going off at night and other cases of stupidity on a daily basis I'm glad I rent a house instead.

And of course they're better than us.
