Do "directors or moderaters" have different rules?

Do "directors or moderaters" have different rules? I was changing my avatar today and noticed that some directors and mods have avatars larger than 100x100. So, do they get a different set of rules than the rest of us?
That sucks

I've had the same avatar since I started and I'm the first one to have it. I actually made it, buy inverting an existing avatar at the time and making the background transparent.

Not a huge perk but something to think they're better.

Posts notwithstanding I've been here as long as you. But thanks anyway.
I lurk in dark shadows and soak up as much info as possible.
And actually I've never lived in a dorm. Hearing my classmates talking about the fire alarms going off at night and other cases of stupidity on a daily basis I'm glad I rent a house instead.
And of course they're better than us.
