I bet its one of your viton valve seals. How many cylinders have oil on the spark plugs? Pull a valve cover on the bank that is showing oil on the sparks and check it out.

It doesn't smoke until it gets hot. I'll pull the springs & seats above the smoking cylinder again and look for problems with the head itself. If I don't find anything I'll put on another pair of seals just in case I got a bad one.
