1978 LS1 Chevy Monza for sale
 

Up for sale is my 1978 Chevy Monza. It has a 1998 LS1 out of a Z28 with 42,000 miles on it. It is mounted with V8 Monza.com motor mounts. Stock trans mount and Torque arm rear suspension (stock). The transmission is a turbo 350 with a 3000 stall convertor. The rearend is a Monza 7.5" housing with 7.625" gears an auburn posi and 28 spline S10 axles. It has 155SR15's on 15x4" Summit wheels and 235/60-15 BFG drag radials on 15x8" Summit wheels. It also comes with 15x7 Firebird lace wheels and 225/50-15's and 245/50-15 Dunlop SP8000 tires that are like new. Car runs and drives great. The interior is black and very nice and the body is Carmine Metalic and in good shape. Runs 11.50's at 117.00 with a 75 shot of NOS. Looking for $6500.00. I'm in Pittsburgh PA 15003

I am collecting parts for an LS '77 Monza. What did you use for your exhaust manifolds? Or did you use headers? Did you have to cut anything in the engine bay?

I used 98 F-body manifolds with the flange trimmed down to a standard collector size and I removed the shields, painted high temp black. They looked real nice. No cutting
