2002 Z28 Hardtop w/Houndstooth
Year: 2002
Make: Chevrolet
Model: Camaro
Price: $11000
Mileage: 49000
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): IL
Color: Silver
Transmission: Automatic
Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive
LS Engine?: Car has LS engine
Quick facts:
Car is located in Suburban Chicago. Arlington Heights, IL, to be exact.
Never been in any wrecks.
Paint is Pewter Metallic.
I am the first owner and have the title in hand.
Car has 49,000 miles and is an automatic.
Oil changed every 3000 miles and always used Mobil 1. I have the receipt for EVERYTHING EVER DONE to this car in the glove box, including trivial things such as oil changes, to the installed mods, all done by Speed Inc. in Schaumburg.
Now onto the more detailed stuff...
Appearance Mods:
-The car is a 2002 Z28 Hardtop but with all the SS appearance stuff. The hood is OEM, but the spoiler isn't. Both fit very good but frankly neither are *perfect.* However I'm a bit of a stickler, and they're so close that even I said "eh, good enough."
-Black interior with Year One Houndstooth seat covers.
-Powdercoated 18 x 9.5" LS2 C6 wheels (replicas, not OEM)
-Also Included: set of 4 18 x 9.5" Z06 Motorsports. These wheels have some surface damage and were my "winter wheels." Perfect for, well, not using your nice wheels in the winter, or for having a spare set to mount slicks/DRs on!
-Manta Stripe on SS hood
-Removed Grille, added CAMARO decals to front and back lettering
Performance Mods:
The car is mostly stock, save for some of the popular bolt ons.
-Hooker Long Tube Headers/Off Road Y Pipe mated to a Magnaflow catback. Sounds very nice, especially when you get on it!
-SLP High Flow Airbox
-SLP Strut Tower Brace
-Eibach Pro Kit
-Wilwood "Big Brake Kit," front and back.
Other stuff:
The car has an Alpine MP3 IDAX001 (ipod/mp3 ONLY) headunit, with an ipod jack in the glovebox. It also has focal composite speakers all around, and an alpine amp in the trunk powering them. I do not remember the exact model of the speakers and amp but I they were in the medium price bracket and I assure you are better than stock, but at the same time, nothing amazing.
As far as the paint and overall condition of the car, I dare you to find a better example of a 9 year old car. The paint still glistens like new, but unfortunately does have some imperfections. A few rock chips here and there and a couple tiny dents on the rear quarters and that's about it. For a 9 year old car, this thing looks AMAZING, and I think you'll agree.
I'm asking 11k, or best offer. Please don't hesitate to PM/email with any and all questions!
Thanks!
-Mike
