1997 Camaro Z28 - Low 11 Second All Motor LT1
Year: 1997

Model: Camaro
Price: $0
Mileage: 90000
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): FL
Color: Green
Transmission: Automatic
Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive
LS Engine?: Car has other engine
90k miles on the body/interior (you would never guess though), and around 2-3K miles on the entire drivetrain. Paint is mostly flawless given the year, and the interior is in near perfect shape given the year.
The car has gone a best of 11.14 @ 120.06, 1.542 60', with a 7.081 @ 96.39 1/8. I have a bunch of low 11 second passes on this car to back it up, and many on this site have seen it. The car is an all motor LT1.

355 LT1 shortblock, .030 over
Forged Mahle Pistons
Forged I-beam Scat rods
Lloyd Elliot "LE2" ported stock castings
Ferrara Valves 2.00/1.56

Pac 1518 Beehive Springs
Comp 1.6 Pro Mag Rockers
Comp Chromoly 1 piece pushrods

ARP head bolts (12pt)
Transmission Specs:
Solid Built 4L60E (CPT) "Pro Race" Build w/ 4L65E output shaft and support
Yank PT4000 TC
Rear:
Moser Ford 9", 31 spline moser axles
Strange 4.11
Ford Trak-loc (just rebuilt with fresh clutches)
Suspension:
Mostly stock, except BMR Lower Control Arms & Hotchkis Panhard Rod
Wheels/Tires
15x10 & 15.x3.5 Weld ProStars
Up front 165R15 Tires
Out Back 275/50/15 M/T DR's with a few passes left in 'em.
Tuning by PCMforless, mailorder tune.
All the usual boltons, LT headers, xpipe (no mufflers), cold air intake, 58mm BBK 58mm TB, etc.
The few bads:
Car could use a better tune than the mailorder, I've been meaning to get it tuned locally but never got around to it. That being said, it runs the amazing times it does on this mailorder. It takes a minute or so to find idle at cold, but after that she's good to go.
Paint on the rear bumper is faded a bit, it polishes up but fades right back.
O2's are disconnected, never replaced 'em. Car runs fine w/o 'em.
Airbag light is on, the SIR coil in the steering wheel needs to be replaced, $40 part used. ABS inop is on due to the Ford 9".
No A/C... it's in there, just the lines are disconnected and have been out for the past several years. I imagine that cleaning the lines, compressor, and condensor and a refill will get it up and running.
Just trying to be as honest as I can about it.
I'm listening to offers for it right now. I have a number in my head but would like to see where we go in the offer route.

My original asking price was around $10k, but I'm willing to look at offers below that. I need to get moving on getting this car sold.
Thanks for the compliments. Here's a video of her idling in the garage today after I took her for a spin.
