2001 Firehawk Formula
 

I am looking to sell or trade my 01 Firehawk. IT has 113xxx mi on it. IT is basically stock with the exception of slp lid and LCA's. The interior of the car is a solid 9.5 and the exterior an 8. IT is black with black-on-black interior. IT has the firehawk floor mats and chrome firehawk rims. The production number is 151 and is one of twelve with this configuration. I have recently put around 3k in the engine and then a complete clutch system in it. This thing still has plenty of power left in it and drives flawless. I would be open for trades for a ls car particularly a ws6 or another hawk but must be m6. Let me know what you got and make offers. I do not have to sell it just wanting a trans am instead.

What was done to the engine that you dropped 3K?

I Had An oil leak in the rear main and had to have the engine pulled. while it was pulled they replaced pretty much every accessory and every gasket on the engine. They also replaced the full clutch assembly. So nothing really performance but this engine is good for another 100k now.

You want a Trans Am or a WS6?

clarification bump!! I am looking for a ws6 possibly a regular ta. with lower miles and a m6. would prefer not black since I have always had black but will still consider it.

Your selling this to get a Trans Am? I must say, the Formula body is SO much better looking than a Trans Am body. But thats just my opinion. Your car looks bad ass.

Thanks man This car does look good but my first car was a trans am and feel in love with the style. Thats my only reason for selling! I have gotten many many complements on this hawk!

Would it make a drive back to mass?

Yeah man no problem at all making it there. By the way the airport is only 15 min from my house! ;)

I can vouch for this car...it use to be mine. Both owners before me were women. The car was NEVER beat on or abused. Its a very good car for the money...and super rare! Very very few Formula Firehawks came with leather and it was the only black one in 01 that came with the optional car cover (though its not with the car now...but I know where it is if the new owner wants to buy it! :D )

He didnt mention it but the car also took a top 20 at this years Alabama POCI show.
