F/S 2002 Z28 M6 hardtop 36k miles, tastefully modded
Year: 2002
Make: Chevrolet
Model: Camaro
Price: $11000
Mileage: 36000
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): WI
Color: Red
Transmission: Manual
Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive
LS Engine?: Car has LS engine
For sale is my 2002 Camaro Z28 hardtop six speed. It's Monterey Maroon Metallic in color (one of the rarest 4th gen colors of them all). This car is in extremely nice condition and has only 36k miles on it. I'm only selling because I have decided I'd rather have a nice daily driver than an econobox daily and this weekend warrior. I'm in no hurry to sell this though so I'm not going to move too much on the price.
Factory optioned with 6 speed manual, Monsoon stereo, and ebony cloth interior, but the seats have been swapped for ebony leather seats from a very low mile Camaro (they are in MINT condition).
It is tastefully modded with the following:
Appearance:
-Z28 emblems removed for a cleaner look (from front fenders and rear panel)
-Professionally installed 20% window tint sides and rear, with black vinyl over the dot matrix at the top of the rear window
-17x9.5" ZR1 wheels all around, black with machined lip without curb rash
-looks great with the lowered stance
Suspension/brakes/tires:
-like new Nitto 275/40/17 NT05 tires all around (only have about 2500 miles on them). These are NOT the NT05R drag radial but the summer-only performance tires.
-C5 front brake conversion
-stainless brake lines
-Koni single-adjustable shocks
-Strano springs
-Strano hollow swaybars
-Global West front upper control arms
-SLP strut tower brace
Powertrain:
-SLP lid
-Hooker ceramic coated longtubes (with emissions fittings)
-Hooker offroad y-pipe (car has O2 sims installed so no check engine lights!)
-Hooker Aerochamber catback
-stock Hurst shifter handle is cut down an inch or so for the lower look and the rubber bushing removed for a more direct feel
It's still running the factory PCM tune and always has, so no worries about revving beyond the factory redline and such.
This car is super clean but does have a couple of very minor blemishes - a small (dime-sized) spot where paint was touched up right where the front right fender meets the front bumper cover, and some rock chips in the bumper cover & hood but the paint is (as you can see) still a 9.5/10. Absolutely no dings/dents.
It does also have the very common paint "bumps" in the roof panel just above both left and right windows. This is unfortunately a fact of life on most hardtop LS1 cars as most of you probably know.
Mechanically fantastic with ice cold AC, only thing I would note would be a slightly noisy power steering pump when turning full lock at very low speed (not a big deal.)
Looking to get
$11,000 OBO
Car is located in southeastern WI
If you're interested please shoot me a PM, thanks!

I can't believe this car is still for sale. I wish I had enough money to buy a second car, this would make for a really bad *** daily driver and the price can't be beat. Good luck with the sale.
