Posting this for a real good friend of mine

well the time has come. i have found my next car and i have to sell this to buy it, so here goes.

Jimmy Orangewheelz's STi:

I have owned the car since April 1, 2006. I am the second owner and I bought it with 24,xxx miles, bone stock besides window tint and monster cables for a sound system. It was a shop princess last winter and saw little to no snow and It was garage kept for 2.5 out of the 4 other years.

When the car hit 94k miles 2 winters ago I decided to have it built, so when spring rolled around I could track it and drive it daily as well.

The car as 1001xx miles on the clock, 6xxx on the new motor, and 3xxx on the turbo kit. I barely drive the car as I havent had a job since January so its been sitting in the garage with the occasional start just to keep the battery juiced.

There was no expense spared on this build for all my parts and to have them installed the right way.

The car made 440awhp on 21lbs of boost at AMS. It will easily make over 500 with a bigger fuel pump as Ty at AMS was trying to get me to do because even he wanted to get a ton more power out of it. It is as reliable as they come and runs, idols, drives, boosts perfectly.

Here are the specs:

Engine/Exhaust:

Fully built rallyspec block balanced and blueprinted
Cosworth pistons
Manley rods
1mm over valves
dual valve springs
3 angle valve job
light headwork
08 nitrated crank
272 gsc cams
ARP head studs
new head gaskets
grimmspeed EBC
tgv deletes ported/polished/thermal coated black by grimmspeed
stock headers ported/polished/thermal coated black by grimmspeed
x pipe ported/polished/thermal coated black by grimmspeed
intake manifold ported/polished/thermal coated black by grimmspeed
complete top feed fuel conversion with agency power rails and lines
Injector Dynamics id1000 injectors
Denso 280lph fuel pump
Aeromotive FPR
AMS Custom cold air intake and blow through both powdercoated black
aftermarket radiator fluid reservoir
windshield washer tank delete (use rainx haha)
brand new alternator just replaced 100 miles ago
Exedy Twin Disc Clutch/Flywheel combo with HD discs rated to 720ft lbs of trq
Accessport v2
Tuned at AMS via Accessport v2

Turbo Kit:

AMS high compression 3076r FULL V-BAND KIT
Precision 950 turbo with .82 housing
AMS rotated up pipe with dump tube and 38MM Tial wastegate in black
AMS rotated downpipe custom for the kit
AMS full custom FMIC kit powdercoated black with silver core
Tial 50mm bov in black

Exterior:

As far as the exterior goes, it looks practically stock with a few minor mods

Professionally tinted windows at 35% al the way around
Authentic JDM rainguards
Kakumei rear window spoiler in black to match the rainguards
Pilarless grille painted PSM to match the car
DIY cleared headlights with amber parking bulbs and turn signal bulbs
Wingless trunk
JDM tail light mod stock tail lights
LED license plate lights
APR CF splitter with supporting rods
Brembo brakes painted PSM to match the car
all stainless steel quick release fender latches

Interior:

The interior is basically stock as well besides a few minor things

viper 950 alarm system thats costs around $900, I have both the led remote and backup remote and an extra key in case you want to utilize the auto start.
JDM real black hvac controls in celsius
kartboy short shifter with shifter bushings
pink sti pedal set (not installed)
PLX AFR 52mm gauge with gauge control mounted to the steering column
Defi BF 60mm boost gauge with defi-link under steering colum
both gauges are in a crinkle black, one-of made cigarette lighter compartment gauge pod.
Panasonic double din in-dash cd/dvd/ipod player with override to watch movies while driving
Apexi pen turbo timer I will be removing and then I will be painting the dash again

DIY flat black shifter trim, dash, vent rings, a/b/c pillars
DIY vinyl/fabric dyed black headliner and sunvisors with OH-**** handle deletes
05 wrx all black door cards and rear seat with pass through
stock 05 sti front seats (planned on getting black brides but never happened)
black sti floor mats
LED dome light, trunk light and map lights

Suspension/Brakes:

BC Racing BR Coilovers 8k front and 6k rears with rear extenders and rear camber plates. They have 200 miles on them and were purchases in September of this year

Full alignment and corner balance done by the touge factory after the coilovers were installed. Front camber is a -1 and the rear is at -1.5 with stock toe.

Brake setup is Hawk HP+ pads all the way around with 3xx miles on them, DBA4000 slotted rotors on the rear with 3xx miles on them, and stock front rotors with over 65% life left as said by my tech.

Wheels/Tires:

As far as the wheels go, I have one set for summer and one set for winter.

Summer setup is 18x9 +29 Advan RZ's custom painted bright candy metallic orange that turns orangish yellow when the light hits them, with the inside being 1 stage flat black so brake dust wipes right off. The tires are Yokohama Advans but they will need to be replaced next year as I have gotten 4 summers out of them on two different sets of wheels and have almost no tread left. Project kics r40 new chrome lugs with locks that are $300.

Winter setup is stock 17x8 silver bbs wheels with blizzak revo-1 tires and stock bbs lugs.

The good:

Car is fully paid off and all parts paid in full so I have a clean title in hand. Car has never been in an accident and I have not been to the track once since I got it. My friends and techs can vouch that I drive this car like an old woman.

Everything under the hood is brand new except the power steering pump, radiator, and radiator hoses.

Car runs, idols, boosts, turns, shifts, downshifts, brakes flawlessly.

The bad:

There are dings here and there from it being my daily for the last 5 years and a few tiny scratches that I just havent had the time to get buffed out, but im going to get the car detailed and have pdr done on it after the new year.

It will need new radiator hoses sometime in the future and a new power steering pump as well. Havent had time or cash to get them.
